Terms & Conditions

DOMESTIC ORDERS/SHIPPING 

  • All orders will be shipped through USPS.

  • Free US shipping only for orders over $150.

  • Customers are responsible to provide an accurate address for their orders.

  • Simo Apparel is not responsible for any lost or misplaced packages during time of transit.

  • All orders will be processed within 48hours.

  • Orders are generally received within 7 business days after fulfillment day.

  • Expected delivery dates may vary during the holidays season.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS/SHIPPING

  • All orders will be shipped through USPS

  • All duties and taxes are determined by the custom agency of the customer’s respective county.

  • Customers are responsible for all the duties and taxes for their respective countries. Fees will be collected at time of delivery, please contact your local custom agent for more information.

  • Shipping dates may vary during holiday seasons and depending on the volume of mail experience through postal service.

Returns/Exchanges

  • All returns/exchanges must have a valid reason. (ex. Size, Defect)

  • Simo Apparel does not offer refunds.

  • Any Items purchased from Simo Apparel.com may be returned for store credit.

  • All return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your package and each item must have the original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed. 

  • Customer is responsible for paying postage fees for any returns/exchanges. 

Discount Codes

  • All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout.  

  • Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.

Sales

  • All sale items are final 

  • We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items. 

  • Sale prices and discount codes are only valid during the time of the sale.  

  • Sale prices will not be applied to any orders placed before or after the time of sale.
